When I'm creating a recipe in PDD, sometimes I add extra ingredients I know won't stay in the recipe. I do this so that I can check and uncheck the "ingredient" box and see how certain foods affect the nutrients in the recipe.

Though, I've noticed that when I run a report, it's including all ingredients even if they're unchecked.

I wanted to confirm how this works so I don't accidentally make mistakes. Will a report always pull every ingredient in the recipe, regardless if it's checked or unchecked? Or, should it only pull checked ingredients?

Please let me know :)

Hi SIM00,

Will a report always pull every ingredient in the recipe, regardless if it's checked or unchecked?

Yes. This is by design. All ingredients in the ingredient list are stored in the database and the reports reflect what is in the database.
