Adding Fish Oil Before Cook (sous vide)

Question

Hi, I am new to the software. I want to add fish oil before cook with ingredients that packed in vacuum pack using sous vide method, is there a nutrient info for that? Can I use the database :fish oil? I think by right the nutrient info should be different right? I do hope there is a sous vide variant for all the ingredients in food database but unfortunately I think i have to use the cooked version for now. But i believe the fish oil here are info before cook. Pls help.

Hi Kenzie. We do not have nutrient data for sous vide cooking method.
