Vit D conversion not correct in Food Wizard?

I entered a Feline Supplement into the food wizard. It is 19 IU of Vit D per 1g, so I entered 1900 IU per 100g. After hitting save and refresh, the software converted that 475 mcg, when it should be 47.5 mcg.

My screenshots show exactly what I entered (see original post) - I entered 1900 IU of Vitamin D per 100g of product. I then hit save and refresh and the software converted the IUs to mcg instead. But the conversion is incorrect.
