Hi,
Please can I have help adding

Tesco British Turkey Mince 2% fat - https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/313618678, cooked, pressure cooker 116oC for 20 mins. Do I need to contact the manufacturers for more nutritional info?

Hi Jo,

You need to contact the producer/distributor for a complete, guaranteed analysis. You can probably substitute a generic product that already exists in the database.

In case you cannot get the complete analysis, then you can substitute...

Substitute Turkey from whole, enhanced, light meat, meat only, raw (NDB# 05696) for Tesco Mini Turkey Breast Fillets 400G

Substitute Ground Turkey, fat free, raw (NDB# 05662) for Tesco British Turkey Breast Mince 2% Fat 500G
