Good Afternoon, I just purchased and tried downloading the Windows 11 version on 3 different computers and it is not opening. There is an error and I cannot access my purchase. Please let me know if I can receive a refund please. Thank you!

Hi Devon. We just tried downloading the software and it is working fine. Please try again. Also, disable your anti-virus software.
