Hi, I purchased the Pet Diet Design program, but I have an Apple computer. I was told if I download the parallels software then it would work on there. I downloaded the software, but I cannot figure out how to find my PDD program. Any idea how to get it to download?

Hi Kara. Have you downloaded and installed Parallels? After downloading and installing Parallels, you switch to the Windows operating system and then you download and install the PDD Beta software program from the link in the download link email we sent you. What part of this procedure are you stuck at?

Yes I did copy the link and downloaded it in the Windows 11. When I click on the file it pops up and asks if I want to modify, repair, remove. I’ve clicked on all three of them and each time it tells me it’s done and then nothing. It’s like the program just disappears.

I was actually able to get on now. I ended up calling the parallels program and they were able to assist me. Thank you!
