Hi
I need the fiber % per serving. When I do the Nutrient Analysis Recipe Report I can see by servings ie: 100 g of the recipe, but, it doesn't show the fiber. When I do the Analysis by Lifestage, I am able to see the fibre, but, only for the whole recipe. My finished recipes are by weight and they vary so I can't just divide the fiber by how many servings I get because I make cookies and depending on the shape and weight they vary per piece. How can I get the fiber by serving?

Hi Shelley,

The Recipe Nutrient Report gives you the information you need. Look at the percentage amount for fiber in the As Fed table column. Whatever gram weight serving size you have, multiply by the percentage.

If you attach the Recipe Nutrient Report for your recipe I will quickly show you.

Hi

Here it is, but, when I make one recipe I use different sized cutters etc. because they make a lot, so I can't say this recipe makes 3 recipes exactly. I use the weight specifically per group finished items. The fiber content should be included in the other analysis per serving.

The file won't attach because it only lets me pick .prnx format and it says it's not a supported file.

Hi Shelley,

You have to export the report to a pdf file. See image.

Hi Shelley,

Your fiber is 9.95 %. So multiply your serving size by this amount.

For instance, serving size of a cookie is 26 grams.

Therefore, fiber is 26 x 9.95/100 = 26 x .0995 = 2.587 grams.
